Vendors Guide

The following are guides and regulations for Vendors in the Afriverse Ecosystem Online market platform PitchIn to ensure a Safe, Smooth and Continuous patronage from our clients and customers.

1.) Every Vendor must be a Registered member of the Afriverse Ecosystem

2.) Every Vendor must have an active Afripay account as this the official payment gateway for all and any business within and around the Afriverse Ecosystem

3.) Registration and Subscription: Vendors are expected to make a one time payment of One thousand Naira (#1000) for the registration of their store (One) account and a Monthly subscription fee of Two Thousand Naira (#2000)

4.) We expect our esteemed Vendors to support our ongoing #PlantWithMe food security campaign with a token of #200 weekly any generosity higher than this amount will be greatly appreciated

5.) All verified Vendors are to download the Afriverse Ecosystem social media app (Klique for Informs and Updates) Blincs and PluggedIn for entertainments we want you to stay lively and entertained while you make your Money (smiley emoji)

6.) All payment for Goods and or Services must go through the PitchIn official payment account on Afripay to help proper track of transactions against fraudulent activities

7.) Payments for Goods or Service will be released to Vendors upon delivery or venting of goods and service by customer

8.) Vendors are expected to keep track of goods and payments via individual dashboard

9.) Any Transaction made outside of the Afriverse Ecosystem market platform Pitchin will be done solely at Vendors risk and we will not be held accountable for any and such transactions

10.) We expect all Vendors to make use of our delivery service for a quick and effective business feedback to customers satisfaction

11.) Vendors are welcome to place Ads for their business and can do so by contacting the department responsible for Ads.

12.) All Vendors gets fair and equal treatment from us, so kindly ignore any Email or Calls requesting you to make payments of any sorts for leads as we won't ask for such

13.) Accounts of Vendor found wanting or suspicious or refusing to comply with our regulatory guidelines will be suspended indefinitely or permanently deleted and bound from doing business in the Afriverse Ecosystem
