Members Eligibility
The following are ways members of the Afriverse Ecosystem are expected to conduct themselves and activities on and in the Afriverse Ecosystem and Platforms
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using the Afriverse Ecosystem and platforms ("The Afriverse"), you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.
1.2 If you do not agree to these rules and regulations, you may not access, use or be a member of the Ecosystem or its Platform.
2 . Membership
2.1 Individual looking to join the Afriverse Ecosystem must be African by birth
2.2 Membership into the Afriverse Ecosystem is *Free* and registration are done via https://afriverse.lol
2.3 Membership in the Afriverse Ecosystem is subject to approval by the administrators of the Platform.
2.4 You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering for membership, as determined by the administrators.

2.6 Eligibility: Membership in the Ecosystem shall be open to individuals and organisations that support its mission and objectives, and are Africa origin
3. Members Conduct
3.1 Members are solely responsible for their conduct on the Afriverse Ecosystem and its Platforms, including any content posted or shared.
3.2 Members must not engage in any conduct that violates the rights of others, including infringement of intellectual property rights, harassment, hate speech, or defamation.
3.3 Members must not use theAfriverse Ecosystem Name, Logo or websites and app Platforms for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes
4. Dues
4.1 All members of the Afriverse Ecosystem are required to pay a membership due as required of all members
4.2 The amount of membership dues shall be #300 only paid into a designated Afriverse Ecosystem account from every #2000 earned by members from their activities in the Afriverse Ecosystem
4.3 Members shall receive notification of upcoming dues payment in advance of the due pay time.
5. Consequences of Non-Payment
5.1 Failure to pay membership dues by the due time may result in suspension or termination of membership, at the discretion of the Administrator.
5.2 Members whose membership is suspended or terminated due to non-payment of dues may be reinstated upon payment of all outstanding dues and any applicable reinstatement fees.
6. Fee Waivers or Discounts
6.1 The Chiefs may establish criteria for granting fee waivers or discounts to members who just joined and are facing financial challenges or other special circumstances.
6.2 Requests for fee waivers or discounts shall be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation of financial need or other relevant information.
7. Earning on the Afriverse Ecosystem
To be eligible to earn within the Afriverse Ecosystem, individuals must meet the following criteria:
7.1 Eligibility Criteria
7.1.1 Membership: Individuals must be registered members of the Afriverse Ecosystem in good standing.
7.1.2 Compliance: Individuals must comply with the terms of use, community guidelines, and any other policies set forth by the Afriverse Ecosystem.
7.1.3. Contribution: Individuals must actively contribute to the objectives and activities of the Afriverse Ecosystem as outlined in the membership agreement for a time period of 3 months
7.2. Determination of Earning Opportunities
7.2.1 The Afriverse Ecosystem may offer various opportunities for members to earn rewards, incentives, or compensation based on their contributions and participation.
7.2.2 The determination of earning opportunities shall be at the discretion of the Chiefs or designated Administrators, who may consider factors such as the quality of contributions, level of engagement, and alignment with the goals of the Afriverse Ecosystem.
8.Moral Support
All members of the Afriverse Ecosystem are required to provide moral support to fellow members, both in their business endeavours and family matters.
8.1 Scope of Moral Support
8.1.1 Moral support includes but is not limited to offering encouragement, empathy, active listening, and practical assistance to fellow members.
8.1.2 Members are encouraged to foster a culture of support and understanding within the Afriverse Ecosystem, creating a safe and nurturing environment for all members.
8.2 Celebrating Successes
8.2.1 Members are required to celebrate the successes and achievements of fellow members within the Afriverse Ecosystem. As acknowledging and recognizing the accomplishments of fellow members helps to foster a sense of community and camaraderie within the ecosystem
8.2.2 Members will be expected to financially support other member(s) in the case of (1) Marriage (ii) Medical that may require a huge sum of money for treatment (Surgical Operations) and in the case of eventuality of (ii) Death. Members are expected to also support bereaving family or families with a sum that will be made know via emails, sms, or social group handles
9. Building Community
9.1 Members are encouraged to actively participate in building a strong and supportive community within the Afriverse Ecosystem.
9.2 This includes fostering collaboration, networking, and mentorship opportunities among members to promote mutual growth and development.
10. Work-Life Balance
10.1 Members are required to promote and support a healthy work-life balance among fellow members.
10.2 Encouraging members to prioritise their well-being and family commitments helps to create a sustainable and thriving community within the Afriverse Ecosystem.
11. Patronage
By enacting this patronage law, the Afriverse Ecosystem aims to promote a culture of mutual support, collaboration, and community building among its members, ultimately contributing to the success and sustainability of member businesses and the overall ecosystem
11.1 All members of the Afriverse Ecosystem are required to actively engage in patronage by supporting and promoting fellow members' businesses, products, and services whenever feasible and appropriate.
11.2 Patronage may include but is not limited to making purchases, referrals, recommendations, endorsements, and sharing on social media or other platforms.
11.3 Members are encouraged to prioritize patronage of fellow members' businesses, products, and services over external options whenever possible, in alignment with their needs and preferences. Patronage within the Afriverse Ecosystem contributes to the growth, sustainability, and success of member businesses, fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
12. Transparency and Integrity
12.1 Members engaging in patronage are expected to do so with transparency, honesty, and integrity, ensuring that their actions are genuine and based on the merits of the products or services offered by fellow members.
12.2 Misrepresentation or manipulation of patronage for personal gain or advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action by the Directors or designated administrator
12.3 Members are encouraged to leverage patronage as a means of building relationships, expanding their networks, and exploring potential collaborations within the ecosystem
13. Review and Revision
These rules and regulations shall be subject to review and revision by the Directors or designated Administrators as needed to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the objectives of the Afriverse Ecosystem.
